Do not start a blog with the intent to give parenting advice when you only have a 2-year-old and a 5-year-old. Unless the title of the blog is:
Parenting Advice
from Someone Who Knows Virtually Nothing About Parenting
Alison Moore Smith is a 61-year-old entrepreneur who graduated from BYU in 1987. She has been (very happily) married to Samuel M. Smith for 40 years. They are parents of six incredible children and grandparents to two astounding grandsons. She is the author of The 7 Success Habits of Homeschoolers.

My kids are 23 and married, 22, 17, 15, and 13. The two eldest are returned missionaries. The three eldest are in college. The last two at home are pretty solid kids. Yet I still think that should be the title of my parenting blog!
OK, I just found my way here while investigating more home school ‘stuff’, for lack of a better term, and wanted you to know I have been ranting to my children about this all week. I have 11 children ages 21 – 2. I do not in any way consider myself an expert.
Grey Ghost, I think the same thing most days!
Pastorale, I’m with you. And if you’re looking for homeschooling stuff, check out Homeschool Open Source! 🙂
