Last August I cooked a t-bone steak. For the first time in my 51 years. If I cook meat, it's either chicken, fish, or the occasional pork loin, so my husband's birthday dinner request was not met with much rejoicing. Chances were much higher that a bunch of expensive meat would be ruined than that it would be edible. But I tried anyway.

That is how much I love Sam.
Much to my surprise, it turned out to be yummy.

As a former steak president, I take issue with your tendentious categorization of steak cookery as, oh, never mind. Steak good.
Cooking times are way off, steak ended up well done – killed,
wrecked an excellent tbone. Look elsewhere for a recepie
I’m guessing you did something different or just came for the linkback. 😉 Look at my images. Perfection! Yum!
Of course, always watch meat so that your thickness and cooking heat will generate the desired results.
