The roof trusses are going on! Next to the first shovelful of dirt from the backhoe, this is the most exciting thing going. With the roof on the entire house takes shape.

We bought a home recently as a fixer upper. One of the trusses in the attic needs to be replaced due to rotting. We do have to replace the entire roof as well. Could we work this all to our advantage if we did the right project first?
