Went to the lot today to take my dad to see it. Between last week and this, some landscaper came by with two truckloads of garbage and just dumped them on our lot. Mostly it was sod scraps. Also included a number of broken palettes and some trash.
Lovely. I suppose saving a trip to the dump was worth their integrity.

Lovely, huh. Makes one rethink that whole “one man’s trash is another man’s treasure” and wonder if it is a b.s. proverb 🙂
I have seen that before. There’s not much you can do. You can report and put no trespass / dumping signs up. That will only scare away few people. Out on our family farm, we found all sorts trash that shouldn’t be there (we don’t live there anymore and no has lived there in over 50 years). We ended up getting a neighbor to monitor the prosperity and report any issues to us and the police. As for compensation and benefit to to helping us out, we let him and his son farm our land.
Wow. Amazing what people will do to save themselves some bother. Sorry to hear that you have had to go to such lengths.
