We love seafood. But cooking it is something of a mystery to me. Lobster? Clams? Crab? Um…restaurant food. But most fish I can handle (as long as it's cleaned and decapitated). Salmon is a perennial favorite in our home. This healthy fish dish is delectable and super simple.
Ingredients
- 8 salmon fillets or steaks (about 4 oz each)
- 2 T pure maple syrup
- 2 T soy sauce
Instructions
- Mix syrup and soy sauce in a small bowl.
- Brush on all skinless sides of salmon. Use all sauce.
- Let soak for 15 minutes.
- Place on grill over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes. Flip and cook 2–3 minutes longer until no longer shiny. If cooking in the oven, broil as directed above.

cardnomore, so glad you liked it. This recipe got my little boys to decide they love salmon. And easy is the key. 🙂
