Nothing but cardio. That is a breeze. And I drank my two liters of water within a half hour of getting home from my run.
More to the point, really, my husband and I went to a movie last night. We got the jumbo combo. Huge bucket of buttered popcorn, two extra-large sodas, and a “free” giant package of peanut M&Ms. Other than the fact that buttered popcorn is even better than chocolate and peanut M&Ms are one of my top five favorite candies, it was no temptation at all.
I watched the entire movie only sipping on my Diet Coke. Honest.
