Last night I attended the GNO at the Provo Marriott. There were upwards of about 75 people there. Kristi and Trish did a good job presenting the basics of the program. I think it helped me understand better having followed the eating and exercise plan before going, but I learned a lot more.
This presentation is something they could easily put on a DVD. Doing so would definitely expand their client base.
I got the program and we've been looking over what's coming. Looking forward to a new set of menus, after ten days on the same one!
