So far I've got a 100% record on doing all the workouts. I do the minimum time and reps on each one, but I do complete them.
Stuck to the diet pretty well yesterday, but still having hard time getting all the meals in because I don't start at 6:00 am and don't like to have the last dinner really late. Not sure how to fix that.
Oh, and I did drink all the water, two days running. But just before bed I realized I had over a pint left and had to stuff it all in. I'm going to really try to spread it out all day today to avoid the last minute slush.
Will be going to the Girls Night Out tonight. Hopefully we can solidify all the plans and I can finally push the site out of the shadows!

This is such a wonderful forum you have created! I loved how you discuss each day. I enjoyed every articles. One thing I have got to do better is the exercise. But believe it or not… I still have lost weight! Sounds like your doing quite well. The one thing I need to point out is that the water not only helps the metabolism but it helps the filtering system in your body. Your liver and kidneys are processing a little more protein than usual and so the fluid will help to keep your body flushed and healthy. I think that is why my liver enzymes are returning to normal!! I will check in each day and enjoy all the articles!! Kristi will just love this I’m sure!
