Did the workout. Ate the food almost perfectly. OK, the cheerios with cottage cheese just sounded revolting, so I ate cheerios with milk. Milk has protein, right? It's kind of in the cheese family, right? I'll try the real thing tomorrow, but I was pretty spot on.
