You were warned I'd be whining all week long. I will not disappoint.
Dinner time came on the fourth day this week and I just could not face that egg white/coleslaw/mushroom mash. My three youngest kids were about to die of starvation. They'd rather go to bed without supper than eat any more of it. And even I just did not want to separate one more egg.
We had tomato soup and chicken sandwiches on whole wheat, with tomato, sprouts, and low fat cheese. We ate happy.
