Already I can tell you that it's going to be a week of complaining for me. There is a ton going on and I'm stressed. School starts way too soon, I am leaving for a 4-day long education program in just over a week (do not ask me how I'm going to follow the plan in a college dorm with a cafeteria), I have a few more birthdays to plan this month (including Sam's 50th and my dad's 80th), and we're moving…in a couple of weeks.

Any inconvenience in following the plan is just one more thing taking my energy.

Today I'm going to complain, again, about the workout. You're not supposed to need a gym membership. But it's hard to complete either the strength training or the aerobic workout as described without one. A number of the exercises are demonstrated on weight equipment and only some of those give you an at-home option. The “alternate” for the lat pulldown, for example is something like, “adjust your bands to do the lat pulldown.” Huh?

We actually do have a family pass to a local gym, but I really don't want to have to go there every day to work out. Since the plan clearly states you don't need to go to a gym, better explanations, options, etc., need to be included.
