This isn't my favorite food week. Except for the pancakes. I pretty much adore pancakes, so that's all good…except that they take a lot longer to fix than a bowl of Oaty-O's.
While I do like the simplicity of the eat-the-exact-same-meal-all-week-long plan, it's seriously making my family nutty. Even if they really like, say, burrito-like dishes, having them every single night, all week long is starting to get my teens eyes rolling and my youngest looking for a box of crackers.
