I'm still struggling to get all the food in on a regular schedule. I'd love to know how anyone else manages this.
I don't get up at 6:00 am. Still, eating dinner at 7:00 pm is pushing the kids on the late side. How do you get all the meals in without doing a 14-hour meal spread?
What about eating dinner at 5:00 or 6:00 (when my family is actually home) and then moving one of the lighter, snackish meals to later in the evening?
