This was probably our best day following the actual food recommendations. It wasn't perfect, but it was closer than usual.
I finally dragged the talapia out of the freezer. I liked it, but my younger kids weren't too fond of the cabbage/mushroom/onion melee. It's probably a good thing I didn't try to get them to eat it all week long. It would have made for unpleasant dinner conversation.
On the other hand, we didn't do the optional workout we intended to do. It's the first day we've missed so far, so I'm a bit bummed about it.
