Apparently buyers make their mind up within the first 10-20 seconds if they want to buy your house,so leaving a good first impression is vital.As you say,having a tidy, well kept front garden & front door can only help.The 2 most vital rooms for selling are the bathroom & kitchen,get these two roomslooking good & your halfway there !

For me kitchen upgrade is priority. I spend most of my time in the kitchen and I want a kitchen that is easy to clean, lots of storage and spacious enough to cook and bake.

These are the typical things I need to do for our home right now. I want to have a repair and renovation because I want a fresh new look for my home. I do believe that it’s also important to have a nice home because it will make you relax in some way. Also, you need to allocate budget for this type of home upgrade.

Every time we upgrade our home into something new I get excited and want to help into constructing anything about hardware, cabinets and painting stuff. It’s really interesting to me and I really enjoy doing it. By the way, I consider this list as tips when we do the next home upgrade.

In this kind of upgrades a family needs to invest and allot time to achieve a beautiful home. There are a lot of upgrades we made in our house. As the time goes by we learned a lot in upgrading our home. We saved more money than before. It’s also fun to be involved in this kind of home project because of the result we’ll have after all the hardwork.
