For years, I've collected brochures showing fabulous garage storage systems and steel storage cabinets. The cabinet which is shown in the pic is my dream and we have hand mae cupboards which can not fill in all the stuff tht we have. It is better to pay more, but to have convenience around

Depends on the supplier,but I have found most of these type of cabinets & cupboards usually come ready assembled,shelving is usually supplied,but these have to be fixed in position by yourself using a small type of bracket which slots into grooves.As I’m a carpenter,I still prefer to make a solid wooden workbench to suit my needs along with matching cupboards.If you look around wood yards instead of those large DIY stores for your wood,it can still be quite reasonable to buy.

Steel garage lasts a long time. Some are cheap and really affordable but still has the quality that is really good.
