What Happened to Your New Year’s Resolutions?

Goal FailOne month ago today, I predicted your future. I psychically divined where you would be at the end of 2011. My first prediction was:

You will break all of your resolutions by the end of January.

Today is February 1. Was I right? Have you maintained your resolve for even a month? Or have you slipped back into the habits that you swore you’d abolish?

Today is February 1, 2011. It’s another beginning. It’s the first day of the year that starts today. If you slipped up in January, today is the day to refocus. If you haven’t made progress on your goals, today is the day to recommit to design an amazing life.

    Luckily, I am still working on it — not yet leave it. However, I see that the short term result is not yet there.

    Hi Alison.

    I am happy to report that I have stayed the course thus far. It’s only February 2, but I’ve created a couple of new habits in terms of eating healthier and such. Well, perhaps “habits” is not quite the word after just one month, but that is my mindset. It’s a matter if discipline, which is easier said than done. But I wish everyone well who is trying to FINALLY put those annual resolutions to rest and get on with life.

    I have been going to the gym and the swimming pool twice a week for 3 weeks already! I guess it’s a real progress for me!
    What concerns my own work, I haven’t started guest blogging yet 🙁
