Business ownership is a dream come true for many people. The best business formate depends on the type of business you run. We currently own a C-corp (that started in the mid-90’s as an S-corp), an LLC, and a sole proprietorship.
Today I learned about a business structure in the United Kingdom called a “limited company.” It’s purpose seems to be similar to that of an LLC in the United States, a company that provides some of the tax and liability advantages of a C-corp, but without the level of complexity, and with some elements of a sole proprietorship.
If you’re interested in a UK Limited Company Formation, do some research to see if this type of company will be a good fit for your business model.
